We are looking for Client Services Officer

Fair Trading Technology is a technology provider, creating innovative solutions for the day-to-day problems facing FX brokers and their clients. Since 2010, we have been connection trading platforms, liquidity providers and brokers, with datacenters in London and Hong Kong. Our modern office is located in central Uddevalla on the West Coast of Sweden.

Our customer base is growing rapidly and to provide the best support possible to our clients, we are now looking for a colleague with a great technical interest to join our Client Services department.  The job contains a broad range of tasks, as the Client Services team is responsible for the whole chain of delivery and support, both first and second line. Entering this position, you will have a great opportunity to learn a new business as well as broaden your skills within technical analysis, testing and support.

You will work together with our sales representatives to ensure that the customer gets a solution fitted to their needs. Together with your colleagues and your team manager, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and configuration, which means a close dialogue with the customer’s technical representative.

The role as Client Services Officer also includes test for delivery, as well as education, surveillance and support after the solution has been delivered. You will have customer contacts on phone, email and chat and together with our developers handle technical issues as they occur.

Our technical surveillance and support covers all hours, why you will be working in shifts, alternating between days, evenings and nights. Our company language is English, so it’s important that you are comfortable with the English language in both speech and in writing.

It’s a plus, but not a must, if you meet one or more of the following qualifications:

  • Experience from Financial Markets (FX, CFD, Stocks etc.)
  • Experience from customer service/technical support
  • Knowledge in system development
  • Experience from Quality Assurance
